Performing Ganesh pooja on Bhadrapada Chavithi brings good fortune,bestows knowledge and prosperity in one’s home and work place.
the pooja must be performed in according to the tradition with neccessary items as advised by holy books.Every item has its own significance. It is also necessary to do pooja according to right time (muhurat-precisely early morning) or as suggested by the Hindu priests (pandits). It is believed that if pooja is performed or begun in auspicious time then it is more effective and powerful in giving positive energy.
